Shipping & Delivery
DEZIGNABLE provides parcel, curbside, and white glove to any street address in the continental United States. This excludes any APO addresses. We ship orders via UPS, FedEx, United States Postal Service, and in-home delivery. Your order will be processed by DEZIGNABLE and shipped directly from the brand or retailer to your doorstep. Orders with items from multiple brands and/or retailers will arrive in multiple shipments.
Shipping Shipping times vary by product and manufacturer. Many items sold on dezignable come from artisans who skillfully custom-make their products and may require longer shipping times. You can find an estimated shipping time for many of our products beneath the description and in the email of your order confirmation. Additionally, you will receive a confirmation email when your item(s) have shipped. Unfortunately, we cannot ship to P.O. boxes or military APO addresses. Delivery of Small Parcels We ship smaller items via UPS, FedEx, and United States Postal Service, and delivery times can vary 1-2 weeks. Unfortunately, we cannot ship to P.O. boxes or military APO addresses. You can find an estimated shipping time for many of our products beneath the description and in the email of your order confirmation. Most items will not require a signature; however, brands or retailers choose the best service for the shipping address provided. Delivery of Furniture or Large Parcels Furniture and other large items will arrive via in-home delivery service and must be received by an adult 18 years or older. Delivery times can vary from 1-3 weeks depending on the nature of the product, and the location of your residence/business. Our free shipping covers the first two flights of any apartment or condo building; each additional flight is $22.50. Additional fees may apply, including but not limited to: lift gate services, and ferry fees. Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico We do offer shipping for small parcels to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico, shipping via UPS, FedEx, and United States Postal Service. For all furniture and large parcels, we ship to the closest transfer port. dezignable will coordinate all freight shipments but the customer is responsible for all freight forwarding charges. Please note that the customer can choose curbside delivery or pick-up at the point of entry. Additional fees may apply, including but not limited to: lift gate services, and ferry fees. We will notify you as soon as possible in the event that an item you have ordered is out of stock or on back order.
